Erika Browning, REALTOR®/Broker

Erika is the designated Broker at Way Home Realty.  She trains and supervises agents, conducts home-buyer classes, and furthers her education by taking courses that will most benefit her clients.  The core values for her business are Communication and Education.  She enjoys all aspects of working with home buyers and sellers, from listings and showings to negotiation.  95% of Erika's business comes from referrals, a testimony to her personable, professional manner and ability to create positive working relationships with her clients and other agents.

Mac Browning, Assistant

With a background encompassing education, leadership, and team building, Mac's experience brings a variety of skills to The Creekside Team.  His friendly, down-to-earth personality puts our clients at ease, his love of research and writing brings accuracy and interest to our educational and marketing materials, and his love of helping behind the scenes ensures that the signs are placed and the house is ready.
